Hmm... I had a feeling that something like this would happen at some point. It turns out that this is one of those hunts I'll quietly let slip by unnoticed, and chalk it up as a learning experience. You'll see why in a moment.

In this hunt debrief, we'll (reluctantly) recap the weekend's clues to The Egg Hunt, the first attempt at branching out into other things online... it was always going to be an experiment.

Background
So, I wanted to give people a chance to win themselves a Hunt Coin, in the off chance they had missed out one of the previous four events. Let's just say, that didn't happen.
Ok, so there was zero response. There are a few reasons that could've happened: People were busy over Easter, lack of recognition, posting clues at the wrong times, confusing rules, clues were too hard... well, whatever the reason.
After reviewing the damage of the two days and getting over it, I present the ten clues with explanations. I was planning to showcase the best photo responses sent in, but... well... you know...

You'll notice all the clues follow the pattern of definition/letters in each word/answer/remaining letters. The answer to this clue is EGG CUP.

The answer to this clue is HOMEMADE OMELETTE. I was hoping for some awesome cooking skills to be shown off for this one.

The answer to this clue is EGGPLANT. I actually got a Twitter response for this one, but it was only someone saying "I know!". That was great and all, but the actual answer in a photo would have been great...

I shouldn't really heckle too much, it was really the only response I got during the whole 49 hours...

The answer to this clue is REGGAE ALBUM.

The answer to this clue is DOUBLE YOLK.

The answer to this clue is LIVE HEN. The clue refers to the scientific name for a chicken.

#TheEggHunt Clue 9 » Square root of a gross egg carton (3,5,4) | **E ***E* E*** | DGGNNOOSZ

The answer to this clue is ONE DOZEN EGGS. A "gross" is a dozen dozens, or 144. The square root of this is 12, or one dozen.

The answer to this clue is TAMAGOCHI. Does anyone still even have one?...
